About your job
As Global Change Leader, you play a pivotal role in steering our Lean transformation across a global production landscape. You are responsible for embedding a culture of continuous improvement into the fabric of our daily operations—partnering with production units and senior leadership teams worldwide. You evolve and sustain the Sandvik Coromant Production System, ensuring it is strategically aligned and delivers measurable business outcomes. You architect and implement high-impact training programs, coach leaders and teams, and cultivate an environment where improvement is a shared mindset and a strategic imperative. You also establish robust mechanisms to track and evaluate the impact of Lean initiatives—because what gets measured gets improved.
The location for this position is preferably Gimo, however, Sandviken could also be an option. International travel may occur.
About you
You bring proven experience leading Lean transformations in manufacturing or industrial settings and know how to build a culture of continuous improvement. You’re fluent in Lean tools like SMED, Kanban, TPM, 5S and Value Stream Mapping. You hold a degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, production or operations management, or the equivalent hands-on experience. A Lean Six Sigma certification is a big plus, and other certifications in operational excellence, change management or leadership development is also beneficial. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing.

Nu söker vi en verksamhetsutvecklare/strateg på NNLS - Långsiktigt planering och revisionsledning på Forsmarks Kraftgrupp.


Om jobbet
Gruppen ansvarar för både operativ och långsiktig planering för Forsmark 1 2 3, dels när det gäller den dagliga driften, men också för projekt och revisioner. Vi jobbar med produktionsplanering, marknadsrapporteringsrutiner, att förenkla, optimera och anpassa planeringen för hur anläggningen ska hållas driftsäker fram till ”End of Life” ur ett långsiktigt perspektiv samt att leda och styra Forsmarks revisioner.

Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med fyra revisionsledare, en långsiktig revisionsledare, en produktions-planerare (inkl. marknadsrapportering), två långsiktiga planerare, en registeransvarig Primavera samt en resurs som arbetar med tvärfunktionell verksamhetsutveckling.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
I din roll som verksamhetsutvecklare/strateg kommer du att arbeta med verksamhetsutveckling inom avdelningen, genomföra tvärfunktionellt arbete samt samverka inom organisationen. Du kommer också att upprätthålla utvecklingen av arbetssätt samt det strategiska arbetet inom långsiktig revisionsplanering.

Utöver det kan du ha kontakt med våra ägare och myndigheter såsom SSM och SvK, men även internationella kontakter med exempelvis IAEA och WANO kan förekomma.


Kravspecifikation


Vi söker dig som har en högskole-/civilingenjörsexamen eller har motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet med en gedigen och mångårig erfarenhet inom yrkesområdet. Vidare har du mycket god kunskap om bakomliggande teorier och principer. God anläggningskännedom är meriterande. Du ska ha lätt att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av SAP och Primavera.

Som person ser vi att du är strukturerad, analytisk och har en mycket god samarbetsförmåga. För att lyckas behöver du vara kommunikativ. Din analytiska förmåga i kombination med dialog med andra och att därigenom få fram lösningar vid problem, optimera det planerade arbetet samt att finna synergier är avgörande. Du behöver ha förmåga att arbeta och tänka långsiktigt och du trivs med att kommunicera och bygga relationer.
